I own the right to reject any request that makes me uncomfortable or that I find inappropriate. I do NOT do character design from scratch, I need references to work with. Also I own the right to cancel any commission by refunding the client if something comes up and I am unable to draw.USE
My artwork is for personal use. I charge;
+%100 for streaming/content use
+%200 for merch/print/ads useCANCEL, REFUNDS & PAYMENT
Payment is preferably %50 before and %50 after sketch through Vgen. Upfront for skeb style and basic headshot. Strictly no refunds.REVISIONS
I am alright with doing minor revisions for free, however big revisions must be done on sketch process, I'll limit big revisions to 3 and charge after that.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I own the right to any artwork I make unless having been paid commercial rights. I can include it on my portfolios as examples unless you purchase the commercial rights to it. My art can NOT be used as NFT or AI. You can NOT claim my work as your own. You must credit me if you will post it on social media or anywhere.If you commission me, I'll consider that you agree to my TOS. If you break the TOS, I have the right to revoke all rights.
